Yep, that's what worked for me, but I had to get Justin to try a couple things. I finally asked him if I should try doing a restart and he said "sure, it can't hurt." Well, that was the trick. We had done a few other things prior to that though. Also the plugging it in real quick after selecting the update module was what Justin had suggested.

Good luck with it.

I tried updating it on my buddys computer with vista and it acted like I was pluging and inpluging the device continuously.
Mine does that too, that should mean that it's working properly. Did you try to download a tune when it was doing this?

With the tunes on Quad's website, I don't think you have to do that, I could be wrong. What did you change it too?? When Quad sends the beta testers a tune over the e-mail, we have to rename it when we save it, but I thought that was the only time??

Im in the same boat i have a vista and xp computers and neither seem to work. hours on the phone with justin multiple times and still nothin! its really frustrating buying this state of the art module that even the manufacturer doesnt know what to do! you'd think they would be the ones that know what to do.

Adrenaline drivers

I had the same problem found usbser.sys in the directory
Windows/system32/drivers. If it's not there search your windows directory for it, use the find function.

I followed exactly what Larry said to and I found it, look in the win32/drivers folder with windows xp, it should be there.

After you've saved a tune to your computer, do you go to that tune/file and "Unblock" it?? I have to do that on mine, I don't know if anyone else has to.
Right click on the file--Click Properties--Click the "Unblock" tab--Click "Apply"

Edit: BTW, if you only see the "Advanced" tab at the bottom of the Properties, and you do not see the "Unblock" tab, then the above steps would not apply. When I click on Properties, I see both the "Advanced" and "Unblock" tabs after saving a tune to my computer.
