80 HP injectors

Could 80 Hp injectors change the characteristics of the idle on my truck? Ever since I installed the injectors my truck has a little rougher idle. I have searched but could not find any info confirming rough idle and new injectors?

Here is how it sounded after the injectors and new lift pump, and overflow valve install.....

Thanks....

injectors

Black I purchased them from Wickliff Diesel. They are Bosch injectors tuned up to 80 HP. Truck runs great, just sounds different. I included a sound clip on my first post. Idle is a little different and truck shakes a little more.....

Wow, it does sound different, I have a 12-valve and a 24-valave, and yours doesn't sound like either. This is on your 94 12-valve, right? And these are the Bosch 370 Marine injectors? I can't speak from experience, but TST recomends that you install Delivery Valves with these injectors:

**Delivery valves recommended to smooth low RPM chatter**

delivery vavles...

Yes this is on my 94 CTD......

Ok, sounds like I am finally on the right track..... What does it take to install delivery valves? Do I need special tools......?

west coast, did it not sound like that before the injectors?
No the idle has become a little more choppy. And truck idles a little "rougher" or shakes more. Once moving truck runs fine. But it seem to "load up" when I take off sometimes. Almost like I have to give it more pedal than normal to take of smooth..
