Yes and no! Your in the danger zone! Some Folks last forever there and some 3 days! If your running high egts or timing the HG wont last long!

its a crap shoot with these trucks...some last at 50+, some blow the first time it hits 40...
all depends on how flat the head was, and how good the head bolts were torqued when it was built.
id keep it around 40psi, unless you have about $1500 laying around for emergency o-ring, gasket, stud, head rebuilding job!!

Usually, head gaskets are safe up to 50 psi, depending on how high of timing you have. You're close to the danger zone. I would try to keep it as close to 45 if not a little under. If you're EGT temps are good at 40, I wouldn't worry about the 5 extra psi.
