ok first see my signature. now anyone have a guess on hp increase by sliding plate forward and how much to slide it. egt not an issue will only be full throttle for maybe 8 sec. do not know present hp. just need a guess at sliding plate.

Let us know after you slide the plate....if you melt the pistons

 

One member reported a dynoed 40 HP increase sliding the plate fully forward. I imagine it has a lot to do with what other mods have been done to the truck. I had my 8 plate slid about 1/2 way and noticed a substantial increase in seat-of-pants power. EGT's were high though.
