Re:370 injectors

Tips a slide hammer and a two forked pry bar work great. use one of your stock lug nuts as they fit the top of the injector perfect. I got mine from PDR and they work great.

Piers also has the correct 370's as there are several different ones.

Re:370 injectors

:

There are two part numbers. Both injectors have the exact same flow rates.

I hear this repeated over and over that one guy has the "right" part number and one guy doesnt, etc. There is no difference in either part.

Re:370 injectors

I had two differet sets of 370's on being a pdr set and another I bought from a source that we all know but I'm not telling. The PDR injectors run cooler with a quicker cool down time. I did not pay a dime for the PDR injectors I sold mine to see what the difference was.

Don's nailed it on the head. All Cummins Marine engines are known as the Diamond B series, and while part numbers may vary, flow rates will not. If one set of 370 injectors flows different or adds different pony power, its strictly related back to Bosch flows and pops only being within 4% of tolerance from the factory.

As a side note, anyone considering 370s should also have a talk with Don. We've never run his 12 valve injectors in either a test truck, or a customers truck, but his 24 valve stuff is impecable quality backed by superior customer service. I would trust any of my customer's trucks with him.
