I just purchased a kit so I can run 2 wheel drive in low range I will be installing it on my 1998 Ram I Purchased it from JEGs over the internet and was wondering if anyone has installed one of these on thier trucks, how hard is it to install?? and how well doe's it work???

Ive never installed one
but i do have a posi lock kit, i have the 2wd low range when i engage into four wheel drive and just dont lock the front axle. It works great for trailers in super tight places.... i like it...
The kit cannot be too hard to install, but i cannot say that i have experience with one, just the posilock...

I installed one on mine, just didnt do it from a kit like you need. Its really easy to do, just plumb a couble of vacumm lines and run the wires, should not take more than an hour if that.
Timberman, Got the kit from jegs on the net for $112 free shipping and they actually got it to me in two days. looking at the instructions it looks like installing it will be a piece of cake could'nt take more than an hour or two tops!!!
