Need Help on Making Some Rules on 2Wheel drive Street stock Class

We are going to have a 2 wheel drive street stock class at a Charity pull for St, Judes childrens hospital.I would like to have some susjestions on some rules.
Hitch hight,Turbos,Susp,Tires,Injectors, and so on.Thanks

No limit on size single turbo. 26" hitch height, blocked suspension ok. traction bars ok, aftermarket injectors ok.
All electronic chips boxes ok. Fuel injector pump must be OEM but can be internally modified. Aftermarket intakes OK.

35" tire height limit. NON DOT TIRES OK (since it is a 2wd class they are going to need the traction).
DOT tires allowed also.

3" opening in hitch, no trick hitches (ie axle mounted hitches or hitches that mount in the bed) Must be reese style.

No nitrous or propane. Water injection ok. 8000lb weight limit.
Dually tires allowed on all trucks (even if they are not duallies).

Truck must appear safe. No driving intoxicated.
