On a 1995 what can be done for HP and Torque gains?

South Bend ConO is the clutch.
Mine is just a plate, timed, gsk, intake, exhaust and injectors. I need larger delivery valves as it stumbles a bit around 1200 rpm. The stock turbo probably isn't that happy with me but I don't really tow or get on it hard to long periods.
