Where is the cheapest place to buy 19.5 rims and tires, other than Rickson's?

Its almost time to order, Tires are almost worn out.

Vision Type 81 7.5x19.5 Aluminum Wheels, Yokohama TY303 285/75R19.5 16ply tires

Discount Tire is where I bought the wheels...www.discounttire.com Just find the store closest to you and give them a call...they might not think they can get them, but they can!

Looks great! Would these look silly on a 3/4 ton?

22.5 alcoas? Yes, they look silly.

Why are you guys installing 100+ pound wheel/tire assemblies? The unsprung weight of these 19.5s is a big negative. Unless you are towing illegal weights with your rig, the stock wheels are plenty.

I personally thing that the money is better spent elsewhere unless you just HAVE to have that look.

Don't forget about the rotational weight/inertia (I don't know which term to use...they're HEAVY)

Mine weigh 140lbs each...and make my charger surge because of the low gearing! If they didn't look so good, I'd sell them! I might anyway!

I still like them...but for a 12v with a big charger, they are a PITA! With the stock charger, or one that move a bit less air than my Garrett, or has 4.10's, they would be OK!

Some folks upgrade for the looks, some for the gearing offset. Im looking for 18's or 19's to minimize sidewall flex. I need the larger wheel diameter to offset the 4.10 gearing in my truck. Spinning 2200rpm on the highway is no fun. I could run 315's on my stock 16" rims but theyd bounce around like riding on baloons. The handling on my truck is bad enough already .
I may end up with a compromise and use 17" 03-07 rims due to cost though.
I like those vision rims in that pic. Id imagine a larger aluminum rim would shave some weight versus a 19" steel. or a smaller rim with a larger tire.

These wheels still weigh 45lbs EACH! They are heavy, and the 285 Yoko's are about 95lbs each. With 4.10's and a DTT, it shouldn't hurt anything that much...especially since I don't see a turbo upgrade! I loved them with the stock charger...now that I have something that is a bit laggy, they drive me nuts!

thats what im wanting to do. so far the only problem is that i cant find any wheel/tire sets for sale! all these third gen duallies putting the big rig stuff on but their old factory setups are nowhere to be found! single wheel stuff is easy to come by tho...
