I have a number six plate and on that fancy plate chart it say not recommend in a 98 12 valve can any one tell me why or what would happen if it gets put in the only reason this is happening is because the 98 in sig was sold and i kept my 10 tst plate and buddy had the 6 plate out of his 95 and wants to put in the 98

 

Stock clutch gets weak with that kind of tourqe. Up grade the clutch and to heck with the torpedoes.

 

Thats more for emmisions, is it not? The ratings they give is for the plate in the stock position. I'd imagine a deep cut 100 plate full forward is gonna fuel harded than a 6.
