100 fuel plate horsepower?
I don't have any data to back me up but 350 hp sounds a bit high......a 215 hp injector will have a tough time supporting that level of fueling and you would have to run somewhat high timing advance with the #100 plate to compensate for the top end timing retarding that the #100 plate creates to have a chance to get to 350 hp on 215 injectors. IMO, with a 215 pump and everything else stock except for some additional timing adavance, you could expect an easy 300 RWHP.
i will bet money i can get 400 rwhp with stock 215 injectors with a #100 plate. with some home made spacers for the gsk. a #10 will do 330 rwhp. if james ever gets his shop built i am going to put my wifes on the dyno and see what i can do for zero dollars spent.

Stock sticks
and a 0 full forward, yielded me 376 RWHP.. i have no doubt that a 100 will get you to 350 RWHP....but then again, i wasnt totally stock either... with my setup, i know i can easily get 350 or more RWHP with a 100, It is the same as a zero except the fuel comes on smoother all the way till top end where they are both flatt and the same.
Totally stock, id say you are right, teh plate alone will yield you about 300 RWHP.., a zero id say will get you 315-320, but ur EGTS will be way too hott to handle.. as mine were when i dynoed.. 1300 POST TURBO
My current setup with a banks plate full forward will probly yield im thinkin 300-330 RWHP.. and im thinkim 330 is kinda pushin it.. But if u look in my gallery, and the pic of that plate.. well its nowhere near as aggressive as a zero or a 100.. even then i need a bigger turbo, i loose smoke out the tailpipe like crazy...
thats lost fuel mileage and HP that i can reclaim with a better blower...thats just my opinion and experience.. CTDNut.. ive learned ALOT FROM YOU and i continue to learn... so no argument or anything wrong meant...

Tx,
No offense taken here......IMO, this is a debate - not an arguement.....I enjoy a good debate with guys that have the same interests as me.
I have only a little experience with 215 injectors.....I went from 160's to 370's and only tinkered with 2 trucks that had a 215 pump. Gunracer has a lot more experience with the 215 than me. I didn't really think a GSK would do too much for a peak hp gain but rather just carry the hp curve MUCH higher. I know a lot of advance really wakes up a #100 or a #0 on top.......but egt's and more importantly, cylinder pressures can become an issue. I think Gunracer runs 20* or 21* of advance and it clearly helps deliver big #'s but, IMO, if the truck spends a lot of time in the hills and mountains, especially when towing, 20* or 21* may not be doable......I know it didn't work for me - that is why I pulled my #100 back slightly from full forward and knocked the advance down to 16*.

i only run 20 degrees of timing because i have a hx55 with a 19cm ex housing. it does not build boost below 2k so i do not fear popping a head gasket with this set up. and i do belive the truck is getting better miliage than it ever has with this set up. i towed a 10k travel trailer back from the lake last weekend 100 miles and didn't have any problems at all. i did need to down shift to 5th if i wanted to pass someone quick.
to hit 400 with 215s would take a bump to 17 or 18 degrees on timing and the egts would be plasma hot with the hx35. my wifes 98 215 truck runs 17degrees timing with a #10 plate. with a bhaf and the cat and muffler fell off and a 3" glass pack took there place. her truck runs very strong, as roll into it in 3rd gear and it lites the tires up when the turbo hits. i would just love to have the time to strap it to a dyno one day and just start playing with it and see what i can get out of it. i took it to st.louise a month or so ago[1480 miles round trip in 26 hrs], i got 19.6 miles to the gallon running 78 on the cruise with a 16' empty trailer behind me.
