It's amazing how some of the stupid get spared. After reading the comments my first thought was one of the same...
Wonder who disabled the interlock to prevent them from driving with the mast up.
There has to be something to prevent the van from being moved with the mast up.

Here it is...

Our facility Maintenance crew called the local news and friends before I heard about it from one of my Wastewater Operators, and I was the Operations Supervisor in charge of the plant that day!
