Does anyone in here KNOW someone at thoroughbreddiesel.com?

I sure would like an answer as to when my order will be here! I have e-mailed them and I have called them (got the answering machine 3 times today). Left only 1 message though!

I knew I would have to wait for my Predator Puck stack for my 05. But after I placed the order they said it was shipping today. Now almost 45 days later I still do not have the GOODS or even a waybill saying the order is on the way!

I have talked to them several times about 3 weeks ago. I understand that they are waiting on Diablo but touch base with me and let me know my order status for crying out loud! So, last week I called Diablosport myself and they said the GOODs would be ready by Wednesday. So, I waited a week before I started to contact thoroughbreddiesel.com.

At lunch time I got my CC bill and there was the charge from thouroughbreddiesel.com. But now they won't answer e-mails are phone calls! I mean even if they would call me back and say Mr.reb0957 I am trying to get a commitment from diablo I will get back to you! NOPE NOTTA NOTHING!

Well, I decided to call thoroughbreddiesel.com again! I got someone!
His answer was waiting on Diablosport! I said please call diablo and get me a new delivery date!
He has not called back yet! I know his business is closed now!

So, I decided to e-mail diablo myself. I will post their stupid reply if and when I get one!

 

something similar happened to me with a different company, different product, I called my credit card company and 7 days later i got my money back and bought the product from DTR. My advice is to call your CC company and get your money back cancel order with thorough bred diesel and order from a more reputable place ike DTR.

ETA: and if after you cancel and get you money back, they still send your product just dont accept it or send it back.

 

IF the DTR srore had what I wanted, I would have bought from DTR!

I have not gotten a phone call back form thoroughbreddiesel.com or a reply form diablo!

 

You should have called me, I sell over 5000 products that are not in the online store yet.

 

Well, Diablo still won't give an honest answer. And thoroughbred is deeply apologetic. I honestly believe them!

You better cancel your order.....but give Lary a call first and see if he can hook you up. It sounds like he might be able to help!
