Wrangler National Finals Rodeo

I don't know how it happened but I forgot that the NFR had been going on since Thursday. So I finally got to see tonights (round 4) The bull doggin' was good (and I don't even like steer wrestling) The team roping is a big disappointment to me. (Heelers where pulling their ropes too soon or quiting their delivery) And what in the world is the problem with the calf ropers getting their calves strung? And on the saddle broncs, looks like Mote needs to try to get off the other side so he quits landing on the same shoulder.

For sure. The bulls were tearing it up this weekend. 8 Seconds was looking like a long time. Make sure to check out the cowboy christmas show at the convention center, LOTS of cool stuff there.

Plan to do both cowboy and country x-mas -- taking wifey's girl freind -- she is looking to buy a living 1/4 trailer that I will tow home for her. Actually there is about 20 of us going and hopefully we can be on our better behavior and not get into any trouble.

Yeah it's cheap to get into Vegas, but sustenance costs a pretty penny in the Hotels and when I was there the vendors outside the Cowboy Christmas wanted $5 for 2 waters.
