Wish I'd had my camera!
I just got back from Wally-world and still haven't decided what to make of what I saw. Idling in the parking lot was a white 2nd gen extended cab long-bed with blackout windows and a single cab-height turn-out stack in the front of the bed just off-set to the right of center (apparently just came up between the drive-shaft and frame) pointed 90* to the right side.
This same truck had a 4' steel whip CB antenna on a magnetic mount in the center of the hood
and red (front) parklight bulbs with a John Deere front licence plate.
From the sound of it, as much exhaust was exiting under the bed as thru the stack.
I'm sure that it's just the way that he likes it but I have to wonder what inspired his ideas. Oh well, to each their own.

Wished I had a camera last Sunday. I saw a 2nd gen Dodge dually hotshot rig with what appears to be a GM Bruin cab graphed to the back of the Dodge cab. Even more unique is the Bruin cab is mounted higher and retained the windshield. Looked like a Kenworth Aerodyne. The truck is silver with either blue or violet flames painted down the side.
