A PayPal Business Premier Credit card pays YOU back 1.5% when you use it. That's for a "credit" card that basically a debit card that's tied to a PayPal seller account that has a credit balance. You can access your money directly at a ATM (or Walmart, grocery store...as a debit card) but there's no cash back (it's even money.) What they are doing is "splitting" with you the 4% charge that merchants have to pay to accept the "credit" cards.

well, that MAKES sense...if it's just a debit card, tied your PAYPAL account, rather than a bank account.
and NOT really a credit card, with a line of credit.

debit is really all i want it for - to spend the money out of the PayPal account for shipping expenses.

thanks for clearing that up....Ben won't much help.....
