Weathers in the normal range here finally. Gets down to some good sleeping temps at night. Days are getting shorter fast though. River reports are good, fish moving in like an Iraqi invasion. My Friday, so gotta get some smoker fodder. Back to the coffee....

Brrrr !!! Crawled out of a nice warm rack to 45* outside. Supposed to warm up to 60 something today. Looks like a good day to sit inside and .

Lots of "stuff" on the plate this week. No distractions on the radar so hopefully this will be a productive one. Putting on the face early so things stay quiet around the office.

Have a great day ...

Weather's nice here, looks like Florida's gonna get wet.
Hope the storm stays outta New Orleans.

Late afternoon meeting called by a VIP agency.
Need some of Shortround's sausages & beer to help keep the meeting short.

Haven't posted here for a long while. Am in week 9 of a labour dispute, lots of free time to do anything I want. Maybe enjoy a coffee with the boys or go and get the trailer from the lake. Nice to have the time to read all the posts at DTR.

Ok ... enough already !!! It was 45* yesterday morning and today it is 39* .... at this rate, I'm gonna be a Pistol-cicle by Friday

But at least we don't worry about hurricanes over here !!! Fiverbob ... are you still up north somewhere or are you planning your hurricane party ??

Gotta go find a warm spot ... and a cup of coffee.

Isn't "spare breakfast" an oxy-moron?
That's like havin' leftover scrapple.
Where's the ?
Been looking at 20' GN trailers lately, apparently Big Tex trailers are made out of solid gold, $4500 for one of theirs. Found a new one from another manufacturer for $2700. 2 6K lbs. Dexter axles, pipe rail, I believe dovetail as well. Probably end up with that one
Still lookin'

(Why do all the trailer stores close at 5 on weekdays and why are 90% closed on Saturday?)

Mine was $3995 in NC out the door and on the road but I ordered an extra long flat (24 foot) for two tractors.

Another Banquet TV dinner for lunch (Pot roast meal). Main ingredient is salt.
Oh well, when the store runs 'em for $1.00 each, can't pass 'emup.
