SR is here live in Ft. Sill, Okahonga.
Uneventful trip. Rolled out at 0600 and got in here at 1230ish. 462 miles with a hard wind from the left. Traffic was rolling. Set Clifford on 2100 and rolled with the flow. Took 4 hrs from Little Rock to Shawnee. Didn't get but ~ 17.5 mpg.
Fridge is stocked with the appropriate food stuffs and the beef stew is about ready.

Forecast for temps approaching the mid 60s today.
'Sposed to turn cold again mid-week.

Gotta get motivated.......

On a lighter note.
News reporting Gasoline prices are rising to Diesel fuel levels.
Hope Diesel drops when the weather warms up.

good morning. hope everyone had a nice weekend. weather was real nice. got the dirt turned. now, I need to add leaves and turn again. got more sproutes up over the weekend.

Took the family up the mountain to walk the property. First time for them. The kids were talking about swimming as soon as they saw the creek . I think everyone is happy with their new playground . Didn't see any bears, but the beavers are hard at work

About 2 hours west of DC:
5 acres, 3 cleared, 3br 2 ba, with large 3 car detached garage, and large outbuilding with a hydraulic lift........

A little pricey, but at least she knows what I'm looking for.
I think I''ll keep her.

60* here this am. Coffee mess ran out of coffee over the weekend . There is none to be had (without walking to the cafeteria) until the admins. get in and unlock the supply. This place could be shut down for a while.
Mag-Hytec went in over the weekend, so far, "no runs, no drips, no errors". Okay, one little error, but I didn't swallow too much gear oil.

Nice weekend but woke up kinda chilly this morning. Supposed to be a hot one today ~80* or so.

Finally got the new VP-44 and lift pump in yesterday. Those fuel lines are quite a puzzle aren't they ?? I'll slap in a new filter and order the gauge today and HOPEFULLY ... the ol girl will fire up this evening.

SR, what kind of boondoggle are you on now ? I may swing in to say hello and replenish your beer fridge on the trip home.

Well Bob... when you get a guy, you get'm good!! 40's and sun all weekend. Stayed indoors all day Sunday. Looked like the okeechobee outside. Didn't Let Kaley out much either, in case an aligator came up too. This morning it was raining pretty hard. Wasn't so sure I was gonna make it in with the snow banks holding all the water on the lane. Deeeep mud. That Camry tends to surprise me now and then in some of the situations I get it in. This warm rain might give some steely's the itch to migrate though.

 

So sorry bout that, Redleg - - sure nice down here. Going to be 80 today. Mercy, I hear the pool calling all ready. Need to start my spring pruning - - everything is in full bloom - - I'm running behind. More while I conjure up some good excuse that will fly why I should not do it today.
