What did they put in that coffee!? I'm wired! Plus it's my Friday and suppose to be good weather for the long weekend. I'm dying to strip in some zonkers and muddlers, and the Hex maybe starting up this weekend. Those are the mayfly's that are the size of birds. Can you say 37 inch brown trout?

Hey Top,
Where did you learn to tie those sailor knots?
Could there have been a squidette in your life?
Could you have taken up the old navy saying "It's not an adventure, it's a date"?
I won't ask Huey what size batteries he needs since you gave him a new nickname.

I though I saw nibbles in the donuts....what are those little black specks? They look like sprinkles, but aren't as sweet...

When you come up in Aug to grab some "maters", bring a couple hickory logs. I've got a nice steeley waiting for the smoker.

Friday
Think I'll only do a half day today.
Got plans for the weekend. The grandson's first birthday is on Father's Day, so we are having a big party

Mornin all, More thunderstorms.... Tried to plant soybeans yesterday. Too wet by far. Gotta do some MAJOR suckin-up to the wife. Talked her into weedeating the pasture fence. She slipped out of the 4-wheeler trailer and now sports a huge egg on her noggin and more bruises than I can count. Think thats the last weedeater help I'll get.

Just got off the phone with the body shop and insurance company. The big red dog is getting a new frame. The bent portion wasn't a problem as far as structural strength goes, it just wasn't available. Therefore the next higher assembly was required.
The body shop is very good. The guys there are real pros and will go out of the way to work with the customer. The managers, one for trucks and the other for cars, came up from the ranks rather than being one of the owner's step nephews in law. I'm impressed with them, especially with it being a dealer.
So now with the big red dog getting all new stuff, I don't guess I'll be trading for a while. Beside, I've kinda gotten attached to her.
More news as it becomes available.

Mornin'! I can still say that, it's only 9:20 am here. ... Getting ready to go to the doc's for a check up on my circus stunt, then go pick up the daughter and cruz to town for a few more goodies to hual out the the property. My daughter and I are going to go up tomarrow for fathers day, should be fun! She hasn't seen it yet, so she's excited. 78* and sunny yestarday. Today solid sun shine and should reach about 83*! ... Black cummins with no A/C ???? Hmmmm, yep, it's gonna be hot!

Have a great day DTRERS!

O'yeah, HAPPY FATHERS DAY!
