I work with a couple former marines that act like everytime someone mentions the marines, they need to step in and dominate the conversation about how great life was as a marine...

 

Oh, not that way at all. Being a Marine (infantry at least) sucks. It's one of those "Builds Charachter" type things that you brag about later.

 

just wait till later... you can develop that attitude and annoy everyone with it...
