If you saved the rolls from your TP oil filter it would already be prelubricated for soothing relief.
Although it tends to leave black marks everywhere you sit.

Ever had anyone reaching under the stall trying to snag some of your paper?

they work better if you fold in 1/2 before placing.

as to the TP roll, over is right BUT with the D$mn cat we have, over ends up on the floor! under will keep her occupied for quite a while though but no pile on the floor!

I read some of that. I can see some airplanes doing a nose-dive very shortly after take-off if some of them guys were to build a plane.

Wow the thread is still alive!

JKM, was that you who threw that tread at me on I-5 just north of Portland 10 days ago?

I needed toilet paper after that sucker went over my hood.

Just me,... or would putting something on top of the roll that would fall and make noise when the cat turned the roll, might persuade him to look elsewhere for something to occupy his time.
Of course forgetting that you put it there would be a rude wake up on that middle of the night nature call.......

So I was thinking with the events of late and the hoarding of toilet paper that seems to be occurring, does anyone have any insights into which method of toilet paper hangology is superior from a conservation standpoint?

I think the media is testing how much leverage they hold with the hysteria factor. Shelves are running low out here and our county only has 2 confirmed cases of Covid-19...it also amazes me that people need to be reminded to wash their hands often. This is basic hygiene practices 101.

Nice to see the airlines finally wiping down the aircraft interiors, too.....

We just had our schools shut down for 6 weeks, too. Great news.

As far as tp hangology, IIRC it was over the top for households without cats, from underneath with....my father also always reminds me there is usually a sink with soap and hot water next to each toilet in this country......stay safe guys.
