Does anyone know the thread size of the outer portion of a standard Schraeder agricultural fluid-fill tire-valve ?? (the part where the retaining ring threads over)

How about thread size for the inner bore ??

They definitely are not any common NPT size, and are straight-bore, not tapered.

Majority of Valve Threads are non standard threads & threading tools (taps & dies) are not available in open market.

The Stem Threads (external where the Nut is screwed) are known as 12V1.
Major Dia. is between 12.03 & 12.24 MM.
TPI : 26.



Internal Thread of Valve Core Housing (TR CH3) is 9V1.
Major Dia. is between 9.28 & 9.42 MM.
TPI : 32.
This size is standard size & one can use 3/8” x 32 TPI UNEF Threading Tap.

I frequently use these fittings in numerous applications for which they were never intended, but for which they perform wonderfully.
