I go to the woods and spend some time Rock Climbing, or Kayaking.

 

When I'm inport and too stressed, I go for a hike in the hills or fire up the boat and grab the fishing pole.

When I am haze grey & underway and things get a little hairy ... I sit out on the fantail of the ship, smoke a stogie and watch the sunset over the ocean.
Sure does clear the head ...

Head to Central Oregon's high desert country launch the boat, fish, swim, have a few beers and remember that alot of people are worse off than me. Espicically those kids in Iraq who are fighting for our privledge of being able to have a stress relief.
My son is one of the US Army's training s/sgts for ground navigations and a crew chief on a helicopter at Ft. Rucker. Myself I am an vet. of our sotheast asian war in 67. I know the feeling. SUPPORT OUR TROOPS!!

 

Lay on my back on the floor and pet my dog. Nothing more peaceful than a contented dog, and it rubs off on you when you pet them.

 

I heard that.....I'm about ready to do the same thing, but for now we have a 68 Hemi Dart we play with.....
