Star Trek Scotty is gone....
For those of you push the dilithum crystals to the limit.... our favorite engineer has passed away... James Doohan (scotty from Star Trek) has died at 85..... not gonna play in the truck tonight... gonna watch some trek...

Wow, at first I thought you meant our Scotty, from here on the forum!

So, are all of the other major Star Trek characters still around? Bones really looked bad in the last Star Trek movies he was in. Shatner and Nimoy are still making Priceline.com commercials, I guess.

I read his obituary and learned that he was in the Canadian Army and was a D-Day vetran. He landed on Juno beach. He also survived a machnine-gun burst (6 hits) during his service.

I had no idea.
