Trek Y-22 Disc brake conversion
I bought a set of Hayes cable actuated disc brakes for my Y-22. I drew
up a design for the rear caliper mount, made a prototype out of foam,
and had my machinest friend create it out of aluminum. I finished it with my belt sander and small sanding drums then painted it. They work great!
