I didn't watch the whole vid, and even if it is ok, I wouldn't post it because you never know what will pop up in the comments, but usually a bunch of profanity.

Look at the url below for how to post youtube videos. Do it with bb code and you don't have to worry about anyone seeing the comments:

https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/....php?do=bbcode

Doing it this way makes it show up right in your post

... nuther Perp gets cuffed & stuffed.

I always figgered that whoever draws a bead first - whether it's Taser or firearm - is in charge!

Glad it was a LEO this time...

Point a gun (or taser) at me and I get REAL compliant

Tell me that wasn't you at the good end of the taser.

Highway Patrolman is being sued for excessive force, we had the story on the news here a couple days ago.

Now, I'm going to debate this one, but it's just my opinion, so I'm not flaming you... and maybe I didn't get the whole story, I'm just talking about the cop telling the guy to stop, and he didn't, so he tazed him...

I think that LEO's need a lot more power. There would have to be a lot tighter control, and more supervision, but I'm tired of seeing cops getting shot at before they can act. I do not think that there should be any quarter given for someone that does not obey a LEO, or becomes disrespectful or combative. If you knew that a cop would arrest you if you did not do exactly as he said, would you try him? I mean, the instant that someone was non-compliant, put the cuffs on. Move toward an officer when he has you outside the car, he tells you to stop, and you don't? Zap him. I didn't hear the cops say..." Stop, or I'm going to taze you," but I did see him point the tazer at him and tell him to stop 2-3 times. He asked for it! How hard is it to do as you are told?

I will say, yes, this is probably in a more perfect world. I realize that there would probably be an abuse of power. I didn't hear the cops say..." Stop, or I'm going to taze you," but I did see him point the tazer at him and tell him to stop 2-3 times.

Ok, I'm done. Like I said, (this is my disclaimer, cause last time I posted my opinion in response to something, I got told that I was a piece of crap for not having the same opinion as someone else...) this is just my view. Not meant to offend or insult any one...

Hey, I know that guy. He used to negotiate contracts for Al Capone. Didn't realize he was still around.

I'd hafta agree with that. When I was a cop, I subscribed to the 'SNB' theory. I tell you to Stop. You say No. My gun goes Bang. There was no way I was gonna run after you for miles, then fight with you & get the snot beat outta me. Not for what LEO's get paid. And I think if more people were aware that the 'SNB' was in full affect and in use, there'd be a lot less people challenging LEO's.

What I want to know is the cop pulled the guy over for speeding. When he asked how fast the cop could not give him a answer, is that because the cop had to pull over to let the "perp" go around so that he could pull him over for speeding. I wish the cars had recorders on the back deck also. It just seems odd to get pulled over by a cop who gets on the shoulder to let you go around.

FYI my sound quality is poor so I couldn't hear the video very well to know if the cop saw him passing or what.
