Thanks Dieselminded.
Was curious about this according to Cummins:
Cummins Service Manager: If you are towing heavy loads this summer, you should let the engine idle for a three- to five-minute cooldown after extended full-throttle or high-power operation. However, under normal driving conditions like simply exiting a highway, a cooldown isn’t needed.
According to the last statement, cooldown is not necessary driving under normal conditions. Seems to contradict the owners manual.

Remember thats a dodge owners manual not a cummins owners manual
Dodge is just stateing that after being whomped on by the motor it needs a little break.
But if it was up to the cummins ......... its always ready for a little work.
