had the same thing happen around here a few years ago only it was a shopping cart loaded with rocks parked on the rail line. Ruptured the tank in the lead engine.

I hope everybody involved has insurance!!!! That one is gonna cost a bunch.
A friend of mine dropped a 30 gal gas fuel tank on an expressway a few years ago and the DOT cop stopped and wrote up a report. A few weeks later he got a bill for $14,000 for a clean up!!!! His insurance co paid the bill.

When you bump a shopping cart it just rolls out of the way. He must have pushed it up against something solid to puncture a tank. Strange stuff.
