Wink wellllllll........

hi pal, I live in new york state and frequent canada a bit.

yes you can get the beer shipped after a lot of paperwork and you will pay four times as much plus GST tax. contact a package store. go through big paperwork troubles, ID hassles and GST tax. have a credit card with same name on it. have to be the right age, 21. have a fax to prove it.

paying for a carrier for shipping like UPS that will pick it up and route it through Customs. pay for Customs. hope they don't refuse it that day.

enjoy your very expensive beer, if it arrives safely. about 80 bucks for a six pack. or more. list 'gift' on package. life's an adventure, right?

That's a great idea, but it's not a Sunday drive from Florida. With fuel costs that would be a $500.00 six pack

I dont know about Florida, but I have a liquor/beer store in my area that can import from anywhere. Yes it is more money, but it is FAR less than having it shipped via regular shipping channels, you might want to check with one of the larger liquor stores in your area.

You do realize that Canadians come to the US to buy their booze every chance they get because its a fraction of the price.

We sure do, except for the beer.

talk to one of our member hotshots.

maybe some scheduled meetings in and out of canada.

Im not sure how many bottles (probably 12), but I believe its two liters of spirits, 100 Cigarettes, 1 box of cigars (excepted banned countries) can be brought into the US without paying duty.
btw, changi airport in singapore has some of the best prices on the above items and a cuban cigar isn't any better than other quality cigars.

i beg to differ- while there are many good cigars from south america, central america, dominican republic, connecticut, etc., nothing can touch a good cuban.

Amen, I used to bring Montechristos back from Canada whenever I was up there. The thing you have to watch is make sure you aren't buying fakes. I had a store I used to buy from up there that while not cheap, were the real things.

Man, I neeed a road trip!
