Rust Questions
I plan to put some spray on/roll in bedliner after I feel like the rust has been stopped. I will put the plastic bedliner back in over that, so I should not have any scratches through the spray on, but it may eventually wear through.
Yeah, I'm gonna use the plastic one too. Doing this will allow things to slide around easier, and if I throw somethign in there it will take out the plastive bed liner before it dents the bed, and I already have the plastic liner so I might as well use it.
From the underside the bed looks fine. The only real rust on this truck, besides in the bed, is on the underside of the driver's door, but that door has other issues so I am looking for a door to replace it.
I got some Permatex rust sprayn (don't remember the exact name) at Napa today. The Napa guys didn't know anything about carrying POR 15, so I'm thinking you may have an independent Napa franchise and the owner decided to carry it.
