Claude, I got 3 emails, each which said 'enjoy', and nothing else. No attachments either. Figured you'd wanna know! Thanks for the thought tho!

Afternoon all. Our first New England event with the trailer went real well. 'Safety Day' at the local Lowe's. Hot here tho. 92 right now and humid. S'posed to be 60 tomorrow.

Quite a good looking boy Blake! You sure he's yours?

Got my first Antelope today. Or as the locals call them prairie goats...

Nice little three or four year old buck, nothing fancy, but he'll put meat on the table. Gonna see if I can get another tomorrow.

Hope all is well, and everybody is still resting comfortably...

Depends on where you get em. This one was in the alfalfa fields south of me, so he is not real strong tasting. If you get one in the badlands, they are almost inedible. At least for me. Probably weighs about 125 on the hoof. You can actually sling them over your back to carry them to the truck. Fun to hunt though, they can see for miles, and run about 50 mph.

Hmmm.....

Appearently my wife and Jeff are scheming against me.

Tel is feeling a lot better and is up and around.

Conner is doing great and is healthy as anyone could ask for.

I was a wee bit tired. Normal first night with the baby, bout three hours of intermittant sleep. Seems like someone caught me in a cat nap.

Jeff nice goat. Looks tasty

Evening DTR

Just reporting the facts. Little lesson in Irony there somewhere.

Yeah, not a trophy by any means, but we were hunting for meat. Gonna go tomorrow and see if we can get another one. 20 bucks a license, pretty cheap grub.

Jeff I've got Four words for that goat of yours

Summer Sausage - Teriyaki Sticks

You might be fine on that farm fed jack-a-lope but down here they taste like sagebrush

I think you've got the surprise, maybe a virus. you've sent it to me like 9 times in the last 7 hours. There's a virus on facebook, be careful.

Good deal Jeff, looks like there's going to be goat on the barbie.

Evening gang. Just got back from a little cookout with some friends across town. Good food and lots of conversation. Hey Eric, Roll Tide!

Yah, the get rough up in the badlands too. Really skinny and dry as a bone. Even in the alfalfa, you got get on ice right away. We keep 5 bags or so in a cooler and pack em full after removing the innards.

He's pretty easy to find, just look on the couch, or the recliner in the corner. If all else fails just follow the sound of the chain saw!

This is where antelope came from. High plains animals. We chased them east and south with the railroads. Kinda flat right here. Rolling hills mostly. Down here along the river is all farm ground which we have to irrigate. 100 years ago they leveled everything by hand and horse. Tough boys back then!!!

This breakroom is getting a little musty, who's gonna open the next one????
