Just finished reading the post's, and had to say that the cat stuff is bad, everyone is intitled to an opinion, no one should be subject to be a whipping child. This site has helped me more than I can ever say, and my wife has laughed her butt off on more than one occassion, this was one. And Oh YES, my grand mother died with lung cancer, LONG before this stuff was invented, and NEVER EVER smoked a cig.

I don't think this is, has been or will be a can of worms. It's more of an expression of free speach. But WHAT I'm wondering is when in the crap did the GREEN PEACE gooneys start driving diesel trucks that put so much crap into the air, or maybe he was one of those thugs that put nails into trees that make the chain saw kick back and hurt or kill the lumber jack, or he / it may be mad because he has to go to Canada to marry his "room mate".
I still believe that everyone has a GOD given right to express thier own opinion, BUT in a tactfull way, since no TACT was used, it was appropriate to lock it.
BUT THE ONE FORUM THAT I HAVE NOT SEEN HERE IS TO SUPPORT OUR TROOPS. I wonder how many of the guys or GALS over there bustin thier butts for us drive a CTD, maybe some are even logging on to check updates or get info for when they get home. as MY president said GOD BLESS. AMERICA

 

When I was a kid I ate leaded paint chips off walls. We had asbestos behind the pot bellied heating stove, the kitchen stove and the water heater. We had Isenglass in the bathroom heater. I've sprayed many a gallon of DDT on cows, in the barns, in the house and in the yard. I've put many pounds of DDT in the garden. I've.........................

You must not be reading the Other forum very much, there have been multiple threads in support of our troops here.

I don't think it would be a stretch to suggest that not a single week ever goes by that something isn't said here on that subject.

As a matter of fact, our site logo that we just changed from had both a flag and the words "Support our troops" on it. This site has many Combat Veterans both working in staff capacity as well as members still serving their country.

Do a search on the word "troops" you may be surprised.

TOPS, I stand corrected and apologize. What I was refering to was not just a thread, but one particular place that maybe if the troops happen to be on line, could possibly read our comments (GOOD ONES of course) and receive support from back home. And HOSS, did I see AGGIE in your sig, ya'll are the two horned theives that stole our coach, we'll trade the one we got now, two hogs and a goat to get him back. ;D ;D ;D. Hoss, in MYHO, ya got a dang good coach, he was screwed over and lied to by the school in T Town. I don't blame him for bailing out, just didn't like how he handled it with the players. But as the OTHER one said "IT'S ROLLING BABY, IT'S ROLLING" ;D ;D ;D but maybe Shula will be able to do better than get drunk in a boobie bar and pick up hookers, Dang it wouldn't be hard to do better than that, but people here are already starting to dog Shula, and he hasn't played a game. It must not take much to be a coach at ALABAMA, maybe I'll apply. If you want some good intertainment and wanna hear the people here dog him listen to go to www.al.com and listen to Paul Finebaum (spelled wrong) but you'll find it.

I'm with you on one thing...I certainly think Coach Fran could have handled it better with the players there. They kind of got the raw end of the deal. :-

 

Yeh Hoss, you're right, and I'm glad to hear you say that, Aggies got IMHO 1 heck of a good coach. Good luck on this coming season.
