Still, I don't think it would be fatal if seatbelts were being utilized... The roof is still in shape, so no crushing... Door's open too, but I guess drowning is a definite possibility still... Well, the passengers could have breathed by just staying in the cab with their heads up near the floor... So I think that it wasn't a fatality.

Did you read the text with the pictures? The poster - who was obviously there - said the driver was killed. That, in my book is fatality.

Very unfortunate situation, guess it was the wrong time to be in a rush...Praying for that person's family and friends. Ouch!

What bothers me are the comments made by people on that forum, especially the very first one. Wow, people can be quite abrasive sometimes!

I'm not wasting any time on him [EDIT]. It would have been about the same no seatbelt you crash like that you could die. i also am praying for the family and friends.
