Powerball winner.

Has everbody heard about the $250,000,000 Powereball jackpot. There were two winners, one from Pennsylvania, and one from our little town of Hermann Missouri, population 2,000. Actually it was a guy and his wife who I went to school with. They bought the winning ticket right down the road from our dealership. It boggles my mind to even think about it. I almost stopped yesterday and bought a ticket, but then I thought, what the heck, I'll never win. Boy that'll learn me

And the guy who owns the convenience store who sold the ticket is a friend of Dads and he gets $50,000 for selling the ticket :-[

Luke, stop whining! You are just jealous because it was not you. : To win you have to buy. Even then your chances of winning are astronomical. To increase your chances of winning next time go and buy a few tickets for me. Then when I win I will share the winnings with you. May even buy a new CTD at list from you.
If you are lucky the winners may buy a new vehicle from you and you still gain a few bucks.

Hey Luke, stop whining.... it's just a measly sum of only 125,000,000.- US$ if you have to share it- then he bought the ticket with his wife. Assuming a fair share by the usual "wife's standard" he'll actually end up poorer than you. ;D

This couple is in my tonights prayer list- seriously- I pray that they get the insight and wisdom to use this fortune properly.

AlpineRAM

I am still in shock of all this. It is hard for me to imagine that someone I know has this much money. Watch the national news tonight fella's, I'm sure you'll get to see the story. Then you'll get to see some good ol country folk on tv from the good ol state of Misery, I mean Missouri

I doubt it, they've always bought Fords in the past. So I doubt that they'll switch now. They were those Blue Oval glasses.
