Pay Pal account issues yet again

As some of yall might recall I had my account broken into earlier this year and had $400 removed from it through pay pal. Well I got everything resolved and paypal ruled in my favor and put $200 back leaving my account still $200 in the hole. I get an email this morning saying that they are going to turn my account over to a collection agency if I do not restore my account balance to at least $0. Is it just me or does it seem retarded that I have to put more money into an account that they know was broken into and had $400 stolen out of? Looks like I get to go through a whole bunch more automated voices to get this resolved. And I thought I was through with this stuff.

dude, come on! its a bank! they're a bunch of thieves in business suits! they do whatever they can to steal your $. a while back i had about 15 dollars in my bank account i bought 3 separate things totalling about $13 and had a bill for about 25 come out that i forgot about. i bought the three things 2 days before the bill came out, but when they did the transactions they took out the bill first leaving me with 4 overdraft fees ($80)

Yup. Mine will do that also. I talked to pay pal and told them the deal and they fixed it for me. I've actually have a pleasant experience dealing with them throught out this whole thing. Still ain't gonna stop me from closing the account.

dont know about your neck of the woods but use a credit union if you can find one. we had one open about 6 months ago and another is being built right next door to the main branch of the Crosby State Bank, which has branches all over NE Harris county
