Nitto Vs Toyo

Nitto Vs Toyo
Size 285/75R17
explain to me if they are made in the same building and they both hold 80 psi why the toyo has a capacity of 3950 lbs @ 80 psi and the nitto has a capacity of 3195 lbs at 80 psi
looking for an E rated 285/75R17 in an AT....... any other ideas?
the Toyo Les Schwab down here wants $1500 mounted and balanced
the other tire shops that carry nitto are in the $950-1000 range....
quite a spread and when everything i read says they share rubber compounds and casings what am i missing?
