My truck won't fit in my new parking garage...

School starts in a few weeks and I found a new apartment. Gonna be living there for the whole next year. I'm glad I found the place I did. It's a great price and very close to campus. But now my truck (stock height) won't fit in the garage. It's just too tall. I guess I'm flattered... But this sucks! Now I might have to take the good 'ole Honda Accord while the truck gets to collect dust. I really should sell it, but it's like a collector's item to me. Especially after finding one exactly the way I wanted it... Just couldn't see it go. Unfortunately all the apartments are like this where I'm living in LA. Everything is just too tight. There is NO parking on the street. So now I have two options:

1) Take the Accord, buy the apartment parking for $40/month, then sell the school parking that I got (by cheating) for $150/month. Risk of getting audited and losing all my parking previleges for the next 5 years plus maybe a fine...

2) Take the truck, buy the school parking for $60/month. Little inconvenient because it's a 13 min. walk from my apartment.

Edit: I put this in the wrong section, but can't delete it so...

Buy the school parking and get you a moped/motorcycle/bicycle something small enough to get in your appartment.

A 13 minute walk? That's not enough to scoff at, much less sell the truck for. We're supposed to get at least 30 minutes of vigorous excersize a day so walk fast!

Well the walk isn't really an issue. I have to walk twice that far everyday to and from class. But I thought I'd consider all the factors... For example, if I wanted to make a midnight run to In 'N Out.

Buy your self a cheep wal-mart bike that you can just toss in the back of your truck and not worry about. And leave the truck at school.
