Parking in Garage

I was finally able to fit my Cummins in the garage. It will be -20 to -35 deg C up here until March or so. My question is should i start using a conditioner in this 04 ? What about removing water from the system or fuel filter maintenance ? It is quite a temp difference from out to in. Any advice ?

I would use a fuel conditioner, plug in the block heater and use the water seperator lever under the fuel filter to drain out any water. I drain my water seperator about once a month and have never found water. As a fuel conditioner, Power Service in the white bottle is a good one for Winter. Others prefer Standyne.

Sure glad things are more temperate here in North Texas.

Yes use a fuel conditioner. Assuming you're speaking of condensation that forms inside the lines and tank when you drive outside? I would use conditioner all the time the temps get below +10 because diesel fuel gels bad enough right out of the service station pumps.
I think your Ram has a water in fuel light on the instrument panel that indicates time to drain off the water, that should be enough to notify you when it becomes a problem in MHO.
