MY NECK!!!! - OK, its not that bad - but!

I've had my neck flare up for the past week.

Went to my doctor on Monday - and he could not get ANYTHING out of adjustment.

The last time I felt like this, I went in and he adjusted my neck so good even he was suprised - I mean, it was the most satisfying series of cracks and deep pops that made me feel like a million bucks.

Headache was gone instantly.

Monday there was nothing coming out of my neck.

I gotta get this thing adjusted!

Heat on it for 3 days!

Any home remedies?

Best way to crack it?

To much heat, try icing it down for about 20 minutes, NO more than that.

When was you last x-ray?

I know a good Bronc horse you can ride....

Probably won't make your neck and head feel any better, but I guarantee it will adjust and crack it.

You never know, it may straighten you out.

OK, went to my wifes Chiropractor - he found that a muscle in my back was pulling a muscle away in my neck, and that it was pulled REAL tight.

First thing he did was adjust my upper back - POP!

Had me on my stomach and got this little machine out and started working out the spasm - I actually felt it let go and my neck release.

So he flips me over - checks my neck - I had a big knot in one side - he used the machine again to work it out.

Then he felt for alignment and said - "How were you able to stand this? Your neck vertebrae is way out"

Has me on my back - tells me to relax and drop my right shoulder - feels the neck again and twists it - the loudest, deepest most satisfying series of pops come out of my neck - headache is instantly gone.

He then twists it the other way and gets a single BANG out of it and was like "There you go"

He found the pressure and let it out...

I feel like a million bucks right now.

Hey DB. Glad to hear you got it fixed! My wife and I love our Chiropractor. He has worked wonders on us for about 10 years. He has now started to see my daughter once every couple months and she is 7. We figure it is better to keep her aligned rather than "Fix" it later in life like we did

If it does happen again a good home remedy to help until you get to the Dr. is alternate heat and ice for 20 -30 min each. Also take 400-600mg of Ibuprofen (I take 600mg) about every 6 to 8 hours. This has helped me and the wife a few times when we need to wait a few days to be seen.
