My Mom's Headstone
For those of you who know, my Mom was sick this year and most of last year before she finally passed away this May. We just got a great Christmas present and I thought I would show you some pics. They put in her headstone just before Christmas this year. I was really hoping they would get it done by then. It took a long time because they had to get the stone shipped from overseas. It's great to have it, but it sure does make it final too.
Check out the pics and let me know what you think.

All I can say is awesome Jack. A fitting tribute to a wonderful woman who gave so much (from what little I know about her from reading your info). Looks like a peaceful place too.

My condolences to you and the family.Theres no easy way to take a death of a loved one.
Not to say that a headstone is beauty but they are in their own way..this one is a work of art. I used to work for a company that installed those and I havent seen any that looked any better.

A beautifu memorial for a beautiful person. It's hard to loose a parent so young. My dad was killed in an industrial accident when he was 49. I can tell you from my experience that it does get easier with time, but there will always be that hollow place inside.

Jack,
That is a very beautiful tribute to your mother and I know she is smiling from ear to ear. I lost my daddy and oldest brother within 6 months of each other, it's never easy, but I have learned that they are never gone, they are still here, as Angels.
