Glad you did....always good to see some of the old gang

Life changes get us all, hopefully yours are good ones

 

Well, our big storm fizzled, only a light dusting of new snow.

 

some good, some bad (and the bad really isn't bad).
Changed jobs at the height of the oil boom and survived the bust. Spent more time in Texas than Oklahoma and sometime more hours working than not.

 

Thanks Lary - - - she is needing it. Reality is setting in. Our son worked out at the ranch with her yesterday all day along with her son sorting, separating, planning, throwing - - that will help her immensely in getting things moving around there. Next week is books time - - wife will dig into his financial side and then we see the lawyer on some issues. Wow.

Put some coffee and ph00 on - - had a pumpkin pie left so brought it in. Home made by the blonde. YUM. Son leaves today for home so just be ma and pa left around here. Been someone around for several weeks now. We wrapped up the final touching up in the kitchen and it sure looks good. Mama is happy.

Back to clear skies and average temperatures for a while. Got a little more snow shoveling to do.

 

Good morning everybody. Paradise is a cloudy and cool this morning, but the sun is starting to break through and things are getting warmer already.

Bob, rough times for the family and will keep y'all in my prayers a bit longer.

Today is the last day of 2016. Where did the year go to? As I type this, 2017 is already being celebrated in some parts of the world.

Pumpkin pie! Good stuff. Non fattening of course, unless you heap a pile of ice cream on top.

Was out just after daybreak getting some soil for soil samples for a new church.

Evening all last day of 2016 been a heck of a year if you were a celeberty, can someone explain how Keith Richards survied, I'm in the process of canning some pork tenderloin gona make some good eating.

For everyone who had a good 2016 may 2017 be as good or better
for those that 2016 was bad may 2017 shine better days before you.

Yeah 2016 cant end soon enough for my liking. 2017 is supposed to be worse. I dont think so. Heres to new years, new beginnings, old friends,and old whiskey.
