Mercedes Benz S65 AMG (twin turbo V12)

I just have to say wow, I found one for my dad he made me test drive it and then he bought it. And man a V12, they call it Bi-Turbo 604hp, 738 ftlbs torque, 0-60 4.2sec and 1/4 mile in 12.4sec.

And its the only car Ive ever been in I had to move the seat forward in. This thing is unreal, its a shame most of us including me could never afford one. By far the most impressive vehicle I have ever driven.

For $200k, I should hope so.

I've been in a E55 and its quite impressive. Can't imagine the land yacht with more power.

I ve got an acquantance with a e55 with some work.....its run high 11's at 2200 ft. I know a guy that used to have a cl65 , it also ran high 11's and low 12's, but the car was like 189K with plates he was in it to the tune of 225k. The pcm reprogram was like 8800$ and the exhuast was like 6000....It had tranny problems, tht they didnt want to cover on warrantee. They wanted like 20 something K for the trans. After much argueing he ended up getting rid of it.

That is a very advanced piece of equipment. I love MBZ cars. We have 4 of them now ( not the S65's by no means ) and wouldnt sell one if the economy bottomed out tomorrow.

In Houston this weekend we played around with an s65 and we were in a "C" class. We got left behind like we were sitting still after 120 MPH.

I hit 140+ on a bridge in Nags Head NC. Had no clue how fast I was going. This car just lights the faster you go.
They traded in a Cayenne Turbo, and while Im a Porsche fanatic I must say this car is a whole other class.

I'll take two. Thanks. Impressive cars for sure. The best part is if you buy one 2 years old you get a $60k+ discount. Woohoo.

I wouldn't say you cant afford it, you have a 55k jeep and a 45k truck with over 10k in modifications...your cheapest vehicle is worth 30k more than I could afford

My old man has or had a CL600 Lorinser V12 TT. It was waaay more tuned and outfitted than even the AMGs. It would spin the wheels at 60mph with traction control on. And even with the Lorinser exhaust it was really quiet. And had air conditioners in the seats....
