Make sure you tell your family what you think......
My mom inlaw died suddenly yesterday AM. Salt of the earth type, married to her surviving husband 58 years. Got married when they were 17. Stay home mom all her life. Rasied 4 kids, and put up with me as a son in law. Very religous. I can honestly say I'm gonna miss her, she was a special lady.
Yesterday, their church "care group" got the word and they desended on our house like Grant went through Richmond, and the neighbors brought enough food to feed them too. She was the ring leader of the group.
Make sure you tell your family you love them, you never know when they will be gone.
It's gonna be a sucky week.
Ya'll take care.

Thanks for the great tribute to her, sounds like a wonderful person. Also sounds like she is with the Lord today and that is very good news. Can't agree more with telling folks you love them and to spend time with them. We aren't promised tomorrow so make the most of today. Our family will keep all of you in our prayers as you celebrate her life.

Sorry to hear of your loss Geico. You and your family will be in our prayers.
My mother passed away in April at the age of 66 due to complications with diabetes.
You make a good point to always tell your family how much you love and care for them.
Hang in there

Thanks guys! That is very nice of you.
I feel the worst for my father inlaw. Married to this woman for 59 years. They got married in 1947! Rented their 1st house for $5 a month! I thought he was kidding when he told me that, but he was serious! No electricity, no running water.
Thank you from our family to yours.

today in the moring when i went to school almost had a terrible accident, I can honestly say I was ready to go home to the Lord!
