Well...I've been absent.
Working on the project and family.
Finally drove the ramcharger today. This thing is going to be fun. Squirrelly.
Always, there is a reason those chainsaws have two handles. How bad?

well, just an update, the Insurance company totaled the trooper so its going to be picked up tomorrow. my aftermarket stereo has been pulled and the OEM stuff put back.
I'm gettin' a package! COOL! I haven't got it yet, but the mail hasn't come yet today either. I'll be lookin' for it! Speakin' of packages... I ordered somethin' from Oregon last week, trackin' showed it made it as far as Wyoming Michigan, then it disappeared. It shoulda gone to Oshtemo Michigan, so maybe it had the kiss of death right from the start. I give up!

Left here before 0500 this AM so we could get the trailer set up and ready to roll before a parade started at 0900. Wouldn't have been able to get into our spot if we got there after 0700. So we get set up, the parade goes by, then it started rainin', and I mean RAININ'! Had 6 kids go thru the trailer all day and finally decided to pack it in at 1400. S'posed to have stayed 'til 1800. Now that we're home, it's stopped rainin'. Figures.
Oh well, now I can wash and wax both the truck and trailer before Tuesday.
Sorry to hear 'bout the tripper FO.
Afternoon coffee, tea's an' ph00 are on.

Went to the gun show this morning after work. Same old guys selling the same overpriced junk from 10 years a go. A couple guys with some nice stuff, but still many of the same guns they had years a go. Got home and just layed there listenening to the AC until it was time to come back to work.

Evening. Long day at work. Had fun last night. Going over to a one of our buddies houses tonight. Play some Pong and Kings Cup. See what happens. New girl I have my eye on. Maybe. Just maybe.

Now THERE'S an idea. We should try that tomorrow!
Maybe? Maybe... what? I know... maybe you can get her to do your home work for you!
Here's MY luck; smoke machine in the new trailer's not been working the way we need it to. Just when we need it to produce smoke, it needs to re-heat itself and cannot deliver smoke when re-heating. Tends to drag out each demonstration too long when we have a line of kids waiting to get in. (We put 2300 kids thru this demonstration in 2 hours a week ago!
) So, I spent a week and in my 'spare' time researched all the different machines on the market, settled on a particular brand that is made in Kentucky and sold directly from the manufacturer. Called and talked to them, got all kinds of info. Decent people, decent machine, good price, good warranty, no wait time for re-heating. Go to their web site just a day after talking to them only to find that their building has burned down BIG TIME. Had to evacuate a whole city block because they also dealt in pyrotechnics. Don't know when they'll be back in production. <sigh> http://www.kentucky.com/181/story/463598.html
