Evening DTRonians!

Been MIA lately. I took some vacation days off of work, been off for almost 11 days. Got a lot of work done around the house since I've been off. I go back to work monday morning.

Thanksgiving went well here, I ended up deep frying 3 turkeys 2 for thanksgiving with the Inlaws and one for thanksgiving with my family. Didn't have any left over turkey, everyone loved it!

Did some work at my friends tractor shop this week. I helped out putting a Case cross motor back together and misc work on parts for a Minneapolis steam engine.

 

Evening folks.

Curling up with a hot cup of tea and watching some tv before I space out for the night. Girlfriend called me up so we met for dinner. Nice to catch up.

 

Good evening all. I am zonked tonight. It turns out that making 40lbs of sausage with our little at home operation is a lot of work. My back, knees and hips are DONE but boy, oh boy, the wurst tastes good. The highlight of the entire day is western NY breakfast sausage. Sis is here, her, the DW and I have had a bit of wine and are now relaxing. At least we were productive today.

Now Matt - - if I scan quickly between the lines, this says you do not have time to mess with us when at home. You only have time when you are at work with the boss paying you to NOT mess with us - - but you do. Now, did I get that correct? .............................

Hey, another week is in the bucket - -can't believe it. Two days now with almost no crutch. Hurts, but bearably (is that a word?) so - - maybe the dumb leg and ankle are slowly healing. OK, going to bed - - up early for church. Ya'll sleep well == morry,

Correct Bob! Actually I'm always busy, tonight I was able to get sometime to hang out on DTR.

MOM!!! All is going well, been busy like always. Family is doing well. I used peanut oil to fry this year, it's what I use every year for my turkey frying. How are you?
