Dieseldude4x4 made one up from a switch he bought at Napa I will have him tell you the specifics. There was a thread here awhile back showed pics of it too.

Check out his switch, there are better photos but this is all I could find.

i have that switch already trying to sell it for 45.00 (is what they cost) PLUS I WILL MAIL IT FOR FREE UNLIKE THE 10.00 THEY CHARGED ME or i will send it back when i get off of my tdy orders and get home. I am looking for the switch you can get at napa but it is the way it mounts I like the best .
