Take a pack of smokes ... dip them all in diesel and let them dry out again. Tote those suckers around for when you get the urge to light one up .... THAT'LL CURE YA, QUICK !!!

Did that by accident one time ... whew, nasty but effective !!

Hey, congrats man. One of the most stupid and nasty habits one can fall into. It grabs your brain and does want to let go. Hang in there. Here is something to help you - - contemplate this and do some figuring. Don't spend that 150 a month. Keep 50 for mad money, invest the other 100 systematically just as if you were buying cigarettes - - that methodical. Don't touch it, let it grow and compound. Extend this out for ten years and see how much money you will have. You will not go back to smoking, rather you will kicking your backside for not doing it before. You obviously have the money to burn, so now consider you are buying ciggies and invest it instead. You will not be sorry ten years down the road - - you will be amazed at how much that will be worth.

I tried the sticks of stop-smoking gum. Didn't work... no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't keep them lit.

The patches don't make good rolling papers, either.
