The molestation case is over, but the thing about MJ that bothers me the most is the video footage of him holding his baby out over the balcony at that hotel!!
If one of us did that Social Services would have snatched our kids away so fast it would not have been funny. As far as I know he kept custody of his kids after that video was released??????????
Please explain this, I am baffled.
I agree that any parent that leaves a child at Neverland should be charged with child endangerment.

The guy is Odd.
So how about some Jackson humor?
So what song was MJ singing when he left the court room?
Smooth Criminal!
You know if you listen to some of his songs they have hidden messages.
-Bad
-Smooth Criminal
-Billie Jean
-Black or White

Very big difference in the two.

Remeber the burden of evidence is on the State, I think most people agree that the State just didn't do a good enough job comming up with any "Real" evidence.
Show us a video of improper acts, how about some physical evidence on the supposed vistims?
nada, and thus NOT GUILTY.
I say Very little difference in the two.

While I almost hate to say that I am leaning on the side with ramlovingvet (I’m sure he doesn’t like it either) I just don’t get it. While I understand that he had his day in court I still think he did something wrong. I will say it again... the man (if you can call him that) admitted on national TV that he sleeps with boys. Then on yahoo this morning he was quoted as saying that “I won’t sleep with children anymore”. What other proof did they need???
Growing up I liked Michael Jackson. I had “Thriller” as most everyone else who is around my age did. In fact I just found my “Thriller” album the other day cleaning out the house. He was a musical genius. Still is I suppose. I hate to see what he has turned himself into. But that doesn’t change the fact that HE SLEPT WITH CHILDREN!!!! And admitted to it.
While the justice system worked it’s magic I don’t believe that he didn’t do anything wrong.
Just my opinion. Don’t worry ramlovingvet…. I won’t let it happen again.

Britt summed it up,
"I still THINK he did something wrong" (Come on fella, what kinda Justice is THAT)??
Well, by all means then let's lock him up and throw away the key!
I'm done with this thread, who cares anyway.
The simple fact is that in this country RIGHT NOW they are locking up marijuana smokers by the thousands (real dangerous group huh?)and child molestors and rapists are operating right under our nose.

The guy's a strange one that's for sure. But putting aside whether the guy did it or not, the prosecution's evidence was thin.....really thin. They had nothing concrete and their witnesses were skeptical. I think the jury did a good job of of separating their beliefs from what the evidence showed and that's how it's supposed to be done. You can think the guy did it, but the jury can't. All they're supposed to do is look at the evidence and I think they did that task well. Both sides had the opportunity to reject the jurors before the trial started. If the majority doesn't like the verdict, blame it on the lousy prosecution. Those guys ought to be cleaning out their desks today.

The DA should never have taken this to court until he had irrefutable evidence. No doubt in my mind the guy has been doing improper things with children, but PROVING it is a different matter. The Prosecution rolled the dice when they should have been building a case instead.
Michael Jackson didn't win anything, the Prosecution clearly lost because the evidence they had was not strong enough to present to a jury.
