Bad neighbor

If I was in your situation, I would watch out for this guy. I think he is mentally sick, something very wrong with him.

I've seen this type before where they have big muscles, and size, they deliberatly do things to cause problems, to have confrontations.

I would thnk seriously about getting a fifth wheel rv and living in that. Bad neighbors, just hitch up and go. It might even save you money, but certainly you'll have a bit more freedom and privacy. There are some nicer parks with pools, hot tubs, pool tables etc.

Just a suggestion, hope it helps.

btw some rvs are amazing inside, gas fireplaces, laundry etc.

I ain't worried. Ever since I told my landlord I haven't heard from him since. I leave at 6:30 in the morning and I get home at 11 at night. I turn on sports at night and the news in the morning. If he tries it again I'll just answer the door with the shotgun in one hand and a rag in the other. "Sorry, I was just working the kinks out of the auto loader."

When you mention the muscular build and the bully personality, it kind of makes me suspect someone doped up on steroids.

When these people get in the right condition, they can be complete dangerous idiots.

Hence why I'm not wanting to start something with this guy. It's going to take at least a bat to the head to slow him down. I'm not a weak guy but I know my limitations and someone who's got arms the size of my thigh is beyond my limits.

I think just about everyone has the Bad Neighbor... In front of the houses here there is just enough room to park 2 cars in front of each house.. The neighbor beside me thinks he owns the street parking area.. If I put my trash cans out he moves them.. his son parks 1 inch from the edge of my driveway and because the street is not very wide I can't get my truck out.. talked to them and his answer is don't bother me.. I'm just trying to live in my space.. I told him that if he moves my trash cans again to put his sons truck there I'll move his son truck and leave it in the middle of the street..

Still having the problem getting the truck out I finally bit the bullet. I went to the city and got all the proper permits.. Broke the approach way out and widened my approach to the property line which is 5 feet toward his house. He came out as it was being formed and blew a gasket.. "you can't do this" etc etc.. Waved the permit and told him to pound sand.. New approach way is in and he parks same place but 2 feet in my drive way.. I went over knocked and told him he had 5 minutes or I was calling to have it towed..

Again.. I got the My space line and told him.. Sorry.. My space now...

Costs a few thousand but Problem solved...!!!

Thats the absolute best way to deal with someone like this. If you can legally do something, and rub it in their face; there is nothing they can do about it, and they have to live with it. No better revenge than that.

Yup. And on top of that, now you've got a bigger driveway to park more cars in.

Well one thing to consider with the bad neighbours (who could have some steroid induced mental problems) is that if you get back at them they can really freak out and sometimes they get violent. I'd at least try to handle it in a way that he can't pinpoint you to avoid one kind of trouble that looks like the 100lbsmorethanyouinjustmusclesneighbourfiringashot gunthroughyourbellyfivetimes problem. (Not a nice sight)
The other question if you intend to do something illegal is whether it's worth it. Simply consider that you will get caught for shure and get the maximum punidhment for the offence. Still worth it?

That's why I left it up to my landlord. Sure he can pinpoint me but at least it's legal and nothing's really gonna happen to him. I won't pursue illegal action.

Revenge:

Never confront him, just spray some pepper spray into his air inlet on the cowl of his hood then watch him try to drive away! Always good for a laugh!! and never, never mention a word!

Sorry guys, (You're bringing out the best in me)
