International 460 tractor help

Anyone know where i can get replacement parts from for a 460 (diesel)???

Most of the 460s were gas, the one we have is a 6 cyl diesel, which I keep hearing is pretty rare. WE don't really care to fully restore it, we did repaint it green and white instead of red and white, we just wanna get it operational, you can tell its got some serious torque.

TIA

If you will buy the magazine RED POWER its like a by monthly mag there are lots of guys in there that will know, i was thinkin that they were the same motor as a 560D that had a little milder tune but thats a guess.

You are correct, I believe it is the same motor as a 560 and 660, just not too many around here. I'll take a look and see about that mag.

Go to your local New Holland or CaseIH store and they have a Gold Value cataloque for old tractors. Parts are resonable. I work at a New Holland store and we just ordered parts for an 8N Ford, all the sheet metal. Warehouse was in Texas,so you should be close.

We have a great guy here in town. He may be able to help you. His name is Ward Tigner, He owns The Tractor Guys in Worland, Wyoming. he is a new holland dealer and has a very extensive knowledge of older tractors and parts suppliers. Give him a call 307 347 3191, He may be able to steer you in the right direction. He may even be able to get you the parts you need.
